How are the bikes shipped and will I need to assemble them?

All bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a secure, heavy-duty box. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle. We include a multi-tool and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.

What is your return policy for bicycles?

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply if the bike shows significant signs of wear.

Do Orange Bikes come with a warranty?

Yes, every Orange Bikes frame is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as forks, brakes, and drivetrains are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.

How do I choose the right frame size for my height?

We provide a detailed sizing chart on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability. You can also contact our support team for a personalized recommendation.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer international shipping?
